Shagger of the Year RUSSELL BRAND has compared his sex addiction to OVEREATING.
Well they do say food is the way to a man’s heart.
The funnyman - who admits he used to sleep with three women a day on average - underwent treatment at a rehab centre in Los Angeles for his womanising ways and now believes he has his craving under control.
Russell says of his condition: “It’s similar to having an eating disorder.
“When you are eating too much you don’t go and get treatment and stop eating completely.
“Like food, you have to find a moderate way to keep having sex that isn’t crazy and that’s what I’ve done.”
These comments follow Russell’s ambitious grand plan to give up sex.
