Seasonal Nakedness..X

Saturday, January 9th, 2010 | Lifestyle, Sex Tips | No Comments

If it’s too cold to get naked, try getting turned on through your clothes.
Sometimes the friction of a denim hem over your clitoris as he strokes over the top of your jeans can have more impact that direct contact, and the coy nature of such foreplay will remind your body of the very first time you went to first base.

Be Spontanius..X

Wednesday, January 6th, 2010 | Lifestyle, Sex Tips | No Comments

Predictability is a notorious passion-killer. Having sex because it’s Saturday morning, sex o’clock, doesn’t compete with having sex because you’ve just sent him an X-rated text at work telling him exactly what you will (or won’t) be wearing when he gets home and what he has in store.

Take him by surprise – even if it’s a clothes-on quickie as you’re about to go to work - and encourage him to do the same..

:-P

Get him to wait outside the fitting room while you try on clothes, then invite him in after you strip off.

He’s fully clothed, you’re naked – you can get away with him giving you two minutes of oral before the shop assistants get suspicious…

Porn loving men ruin sex study

Sunday, November 29th, 2009 | Lifestyle | No Comments

A PORNOGRAPHY study had to be axed because scientists had a hard time finding men who had not been exposed to X-rated material.

Boffins had planned to recruit two groups of men in their twenties — comparing regular porn users with blokes who had never viewed explicit films.

But researchers were stunned when they could not find ANY fellas who had not watched the hardcore movies.

Professor Simon Louis Lajeunesse, from the University of Montreal, Canada, said: “The objective of my work is to observe the impact of pornography on the sexuality of men, and how it shapes their perception of men and women.

“We started our research seeking men in their twenties who had never consumed pornography but we couldn’t find any.”

The scientist was eventually forced to change to studying the habits of young men who did use porn.

It was found single young men viewed porn for 40 minutes three times a week, compared with those in committed relationships who watch it 1.7 times a week for 20 minutes.

Researchers also found that 90 per cent of pornography was taken from the internet, while only ten per cent came from video stores.

Young boys first watched pornography when they were just ten years old but they quickly discarded what they found offensive.

And as adults, men continued to watch the saucy material but rarely with their partner.

Noisy sex woman loses appeal bid

Saturday, November 21st, 2009 | Lifestyle | No Comments

A woman who was banned from making loud noises during sex has lost an appeal against her conviction.

Caroline and Steve Cartwright’s love-making was described as “murder” and “unnatural” at Newcastle Crown Court.

Neighbours, the local postman and a woman taking her child to school complained about the noise.

Mrs Cartwright, 48, from Washington on Wearside, lost the appeal against a conviction for breaching a noise abatement notice.

She argued she had a right to “respect for her private and family life” under Article 8 of the Human Rights Act.

But Recorder Jeremy Freedman, sitting with two magistrates, rejected her claim that she could not help making the loud noise during sex.

He said: “We are in no doubt whatsoever about the level of noise that can be heard in neighbouring properties, in the street and in the back lane.

“It certainly was intrusive and constituted a statutory nuisance. It was clearly of a very disturbing nature and it was also compounded by the duration - this was not a one-off, it went on for hours at a time.

“It is further compounded by the frequency of the episode, virtually every night.”

‘Shouting and screaming’

Next door neighbour Rachel O’Connor told the court she was frequently late for work because she overslept having been awake most of the night because of the noise.

She said: “The noise sounds like they are both in considerable pain. I cannot describe the noise. I have never ever heard anything like it.”

The court heard Sunderland City Council recorded levels of up 47 decibels.

Mrs Cartwright was appealing against the abatement notice, which was imposed in November 2007, and a subsequent Asbo, banning the couple from “shouting, screaming or vocalisation at such a level as to be a statutory nuisance”.

She has since been accused of three counts of breaching the Asbo, but has denied the charges and will stand trial at Newcastle Crown Court on 14 December.

‘Female Viagra’ boosts sex drive

Friday, November 20th, 2009 | Lifestyle | No Comments

A drug that failed the test as an antidepressant could find a new use as the female “Viagra“, say scientists.

The drug, flibanserin, had a disappointing effect on mood but did wonders for women’s flagging sex drive, researchers found.

Results from a series of clinical trials showed “significant improvements” in a number of measures of libido among women who had lost interest in sex.

Women taking 100 milligrams of flibanserin once a day reported greater numbers of “satisfactory sexual encounters”, higher levels of sexual desire, and reduced stress associated with sexual problems.

Professor John Thorp, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, US, who led the research, said: “Flibanserin was a poor antidepressant. However, astute observers noted that it increased libido in laboratory animals and human subjects.

“So, we conducted multiple clinical trials and the women in our studies who took it for hypoactive sexual desire disorder reported significant improvements in sexual desire and satisfactory sexual experiences.

“It’s essentially a Viagra-like drug for women in that diminished desire or libido is the most common feminine sexual problem, like erectile dysfunction is in men.”

Viagra, which helps men overcome impotency, also began life with another purpose in mind. It was originally designed to treat angina, the chest pain associated with heart disease.

Pooled results from three of four trials testing flibanserin’s ability to boost women’s sex drives were presented at the Congress of the European Society for Sexual Medicine in Lyon, France. A total of 1,946 pre-menopausal women aged 18 and older were treated either with flibanserin or an inactive “dummy” placebo drug for 24 weeks.

“Hypoactive sexual desire disorder” - or lack of sex drive - is believed to affect between 9% and 26% of women in the US. These results point to a novel approach to pharmacologic treatment of the sexual problem that plagues reproductive age women the most, and may over time prove to be an effective treatment without the side effects of androgen replacement therapy, which is the only treatment currently available,” said Prof Thorp.

Playboy empire on brink of sale

Tuesday, November 17th, 2009 | Celebrity Sex, Lifestyle | No Comments

Playboy founder Hugh Hefner changed American pop culture, one centerfold at a time.

With his Playboy Enterprises Inc in talks to be sold for about $US300 million, the 83 year-old Hefner will be giving up control over the iconic adult entertainment empire he founded that was instrumental in shaping society’s opinions on nudity, sex and free speech.

With $US600, Hefner in 1953 published the first Playboy magazine with a partially nude photo of Marilyn Monroe at its centre. The magazine would become not only one of the most successful publications ever, but also a brand that led many Americans to think about sex in a more carefree way.

“Hef” turned Playboy and its bunny head logo into a symbol for a lifestyle he embodied as bachelor extraordinaire, living in a mansion surrounded by wealth and beautiful women.

“This guy was one of the major players in the transformation of American culture in the second half of the 20th century and not just because he had a magazine with naked women in it,” said Robert Thompson, a professor of pop culture at Syracuse University.

In 1972, Playboy had a worldwide circulation of seven million, but that has been in decline ever since, as the liberalisation of sexual attitudes Hefner promoted became more mainstream — and more competitive.

But even as it grew ever more popular, the magazine created rivals such as Penthouse and Hustler. In the 1980s, adult videos grew into a major business and by the late 1990s, the rise of the internet and free pornography on the web became Playboy’s greatest rival for an audience.

The Two Hottest Things You Can Say in Bed

Monday, November 2nd, 2009 | Lifestyle, Sex Tips | No Comments

When you think about what makes sex good, the physical factors most likely come to mind: how you touch each other, the positions you try, and the body parts you focus on. But there’s another key contributor that is often overlooked: the words you utter. “Speaking or hearing erotically charged words stimulates dopamine transmission, which plays a huge role in sexual excitement,” explains Ian Kerner, PhD, author ofPassionista. “They can enhance the emotional and physical intensity of the experience.”

Sounds great…but what should you say that won’t seem ridiculous? (Unless you’re a porn star, “Do me hard, bad boy!” probably doesn’t roll off the tongue.) “Most women aren’t sure what sounds sexy, so they don’t say anything,” says Logan Levkoff, PhD, a sexologist in New York City. As a result, you’re missing out on pleasure — which is so not right.

Here’s a revelation: On a Sirius Cosmo Radio show about talking sexy in bed, tons of guys called in to share the phrase that gets them hotter than any other. By a landslide, it was “I’m coming.” Yup, that’s it. And what about women? Are there words with similar superpowers for us? We turned to Kerner, who divulged a sentence tailored to maximize your satisfaction.

For His Pleasure

“I’m coming.” So simple, so powerful. This sentence is like the sex version of bacon — men freakin’ love it. “Being a great lover is a prime source of pride for guys,” Levkoff says. “Telling him you’re about to orgasm is the ultimate accolade.” It’s proof that he’s successfully satisfying you. What’s more, he’s gotten you so aroused that you’re out of control — this phrase suggests that even if you tried, you couldn’t stop from tumbling over the edge.

Announcing your orgasm’s arrival also amps up anticipation for that pivotal moment, thus enhancing enjoyment for both of you. “Plus, since most men are ready to climax before women are, this gives him permission to come,” Kerner says. That’s definitely music to his, um, ears.

For Your Pleasure

Women, on the other hand, want something less basic than bacon. What Kerner suggests: “I love it when you [verb] my [body part],” such as “I love it when you rub my thigh/kiss my neck/lick my breasts.” He explains, “Verbalizing the sensation brings your attention to it, which reinforces the pleasure you’re experiencing.” It’s like eating a yummy meal — talking about how delicious it is can make it even tastier.

This phrase also helps you stay in the moment, Kerner adds. If your mind starts wandering or you’re stressing about other stuff, expressing what’s happening to you keeps you focused on what you’re feeling that second.

Your guy gets off on it too. “It shows him that he’s doing something right,” Levkoff says. And once he knows you dig that move, he’ll probably repeat it. Excellent.
